LMI’s metal fabrication shop is equipped with 5 precision forming brakes, tonnage capacities ranging from 50 tons to 165 tons, with forming widths up to 10ft. Titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, brass, and copper are materials commonly processed by us.

We make use of European style forming dies for maintaining accuracy in our precision forming projects. The Amada RG-50 and RG-80 press brakes with CNC 4-axis programming facilitate quick set up of forming operation. Precision control and repeatability of all forming operations are maintained to customer required tolerances. LMI offers prototype, short and long run production of customized products the aerospace, medical and military sectors.
